New Media Knowledge: Pricing and Payment Policy

New Media Knowledge is a project wholly owned and managed by the University of Westminster.

As from the 1st of November 2000, we are no longer in receipt of subsidy from the European Community. There will therefore be an increase in the prices for our courses and events from this point.

NMK is particularly keen to keep its programme accessible to individuals and smaller companies; we offer concessionary rates to those in this category for many of our events.

We will continue to keep our prices as low as possible by seeking sponsorship and funding from public and private sources.

Payment Conditions

New Media Knowledge is a project wholly owned and managed by the University of Westminster. Invoices for NMK events and courses will be issued by the University of Westminster following registration.

Cancellations received more than 10 working days before the event or course will receive a full refund, but are liable for an administration charge of £10.

Cancellations received between 5-10 working days prior to the event or course will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the event or course are not eligible for a refund.

Non-attendance without prior cancellation (see above) will not result in exemption from payment of full cost of event or course.

Transfers or postponement may be considered, where appropriate, at the discretion of NMK.
